SinarCloud console Settings page with the Profile information card. At the top are a round profile photo showing initials, the display name, a hint that photos can be JPG, PNG, or WebP and are cropped to a square, and an Upload photo button; below are the First Name, Last Name, Email (greyed out, with Email cannot be changed under it), Company, Website, Display Name, Account Name, Billing Email, and Tax ID fields and the Save Profile button.

Update your profile

The Profile information card saves these fields to your SinarCloud account: To save your changes:
  1. Edit the fields you want to change.
  2. Click Save Profile.
The console confirms with Profile saved!. If you click Save Profile without changing anything, you see No changes to save. If a field is invalid, the console shows an error under it, such as Display name is required or Must be a valid URL. You can’t save while any field on the card is invalid, including Website and Billing Email. Fix or clear those fields to save the others. If saving fails, the console shows an error message and keeps your edits in the form so you can try again.
First Name, Last Name, Company, Billing Email, Tax ID, and your profile photo aren’t saved to your SinarCloud account yet. The console keeps them only in the browser where you enter them. They don’t appear on your other devices, and SinarCloud doesn’t receive them. The Marketing Emails switch on this page works the same way. Billing Email doesn’t change where SinarCloud sends emails.

Your email address

The Email field shows the address of the Google account you sign in with. You can’t edit it, and the console shows Email cannot be changed under the field. SinarCloud sends emails about your servers, billing, and account to this address. If you sign in with a different Google account, you open a separate SinarCloud account.

Your profile photo

The top of the Profile information card shows a round profile photo next to your display name. Until you add a photo, the circle shows your initials. To add or change your photo:
  1. Click Upload photo. Once a photo is set, the button reads Change photo.
  2. Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image.
  3. Click Save Profile.
The console crops the image to a square from its center and scales it down to at most 256 × 256 pixels. The new photo shows on the card right away, but it’s kept only after you click Save Profile. If you choose a file that isn’t an image, you see Choose an image file. If the console can’t read the image, you see That image could not be read. To take your photo off, click Remove, then click Save Profile. Remove appears only while a photo is set. Your profile photo is kept only in this browser, and it shows only on this card. It doesn’t change the picture in the top bar. The picture in the top bar comes from your Google account. SinarCloud updates it each time you sign in. If there’s no picture, the top bar shows the first letter of your display name. To change this picture, update it in your Google account, then sign out and sign in again.

Set your time zone and language

The second card, Email marketing preferences, holds the Marketing Emails switch, your Preferred Language, and your Time Zone. Time Zone is saved to your account. The console shows usage, billing, and server activity in this zone, and emails from SinarCloud use it for dates and times. AI usage charts and reports also use it to decide when each day and month starts. When you first sign in, the console asks you to confirm your time zone and suggests the zone your browser reports. You can change it here at any time. If dates in the console look several hours off, check that Time Zone shows your local zone. When you set an expiry date and time for an API key, the console reads it in this time zone. For example, if your time zone is UTC and you enter 17:00, the key expires at 17:00 UTC, which is 00:00 WIB the next day. The list includes the three Indonesian time zones: Asia/Jakarta (WIB), Asia/Makassar (WITA), and Asia/Jayapura (WIT). It also includes several other cities and UTC. If your current zone isn’t one of these, it appears in the list too. Preferred Language switches the console between English and Bahasa Indonesia. This choice applies only to the browser you’re using. It doesn’t change the language of emails from SinarCloud. To save your preferences:
  1. Choose a Time Zone.
  2. Check Preferred Language, even if you only want to change the time zone. Save Preferences also applies the language selected there.
  3. Click Save Preferences.
The console confirms with Preferences saved!. If the selected language differs from the one you’re using, the console then reloads in that language.
The console opens in Bahasa Indonesia unless you choose another language. To switch quickly, click the language button in the top bar. It shows ID or EN. Then choose English or Bahasa Indonesia. This guide uses the English labels. If you switch with the top-bar button, Preferred Language on the Settings page might still show the language you saved earlier. Update it before you click Save Preferences, or the console switches back to that language.

Change the theme

The theme button in the top bar switches the console between light, dark, and your device’s system setting. Each click moves to the next option: light, then dark, then system. The icon shows the current option: a sun for light, a moon for dark, and a monitor for system. Hover over the button to see the current theme, for example Theme: light. The console remembers your choice in this browser.

Sign-in and security

The Sign-in & security card shows the Google account you use to sign in to SinarCloud. You manage your password, passkeys, and two-step verification in your Google account, not in SinarCloud. Click Open Google security settings to open Google’s security page in a new tab. Account Status shows Active. Only an active account can sign in to the console. Last Sign-in isn’t available yet and shows a dash. When you click Continue with Google, SinarCloud may ask you to complete a quick security check. Most people never see it. If it needs you, a checkbox appears under the button. Tick it to continue. If the check doesn’t pass, you see We couldn’t complete the security check. Please try again., either on the sign-in page or on a Sign-in failed page. Sign in again, because each attempt runs a new check. For more help, see Troubleshooting. A disabled account can’t sign in. The console shows Sign-in failed with a general error message and doesn’t say why. If Google sign-in keeps failing, email support@sinarcloud.com.
Turn on two-step verification for your Google account. It also protects your SinarCloud account, including your balance, servers, and API keys.

Sign out

To sign out, click the sign-out button at the far right of the top bar. Hover over it to see Sign out. The console ends your session and takes you back to the sign-in page. Signing out ends the session in the current browser only. If you use SinarCloud on a shared computer, sign out when you finish.
